How the assessment works
  1. You download two files from your utility account. One minute, no login shared.
  2. You send a few photographs of your panel from your phone.
  3. Dale looks at the building and reviews the numbers.
  4. You get a signed answer you can hand to a contractor, a landlord, a lender, or your town.
